All products are manufactured in Türkiye. They are shipped from Türkiye to your address via express shipping. Shipping costs for the USA are included in the product price. Import duties and all costs arising from customs procedures are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns due to customs duties are not accepted.
If the product has been shipped (and we have provided you with a tracking number), your order cancellation request will not be accepted.
Shoes made to measure are almost always true to size. However, if you wish to make a change in size or for any other reason, you have the right to do so within 14 days after delivery.
To accept a return, the product must have been tested in a clean environment, be undamaged, unused, and undamaged, and not contaminated.
