Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy; this means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs belong to the buyer. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Changes
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your current item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return has been accepted.
European Union 14-day cool-down period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As noted above, your product must be in the condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns
After we receive and review your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund as well.
