Orders placed with Nefes Shoes are shipped within 1-3 business days on average. We do our best to ship as fast as possible, so please be careful.
If for any reason your order is delayed or canceled - due to stock, payment or any other reason - we will contact you via email. If you wish to cancel an order you have placed on our website, please notify nefesshoes@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Breath Shoes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have given us the wrong delivery address, we are not obliged to refund or exchange your purchase.
We currently only offer International shipping to a select number of countries. The customer is responsible for all IMPORT DUTIES / CUSTOMS Charges. This can be over 100 USD so please keep this in mind when purchasing from outside the USA. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with any returns AND exchanges from outside the US/International orders.
