We do not offer refunds if the item has been shipped, but we are happy to exchange it. In shoes made according to foot size, there are almost no size-related changes. If you want to change the size or for any other reason, you have the right to do so. You have 14 days after receipt for this.
To accept the return; The product must not have been tested more than once in a clean environment, be uncontaminated, undamaged and unused. My purpose for buying shoes was to be able do grounding. I don't intend to wear them all over town as I don't want to wear a hole in them.
I've used them outside for at least 30 minutes at a time and can feel a difference in my static energy. Plus I tend to sleep better on those days.
I would reccomend to size up one size to wear without socks and two sizes up with socks.
I ordered my first pair in my size and they were probably one and half sizes to small. My toes curled under! I went two sizes up and these are large and comfy enough to wear with socks.
These are the cutest and most comfortable shoes. Love them! They are true to size, super comfortable and don't need any breaking in! I love how soft the material on the shoes are as well. .
