A very attractive shoe that gets a lot of compliments....but,

This is the second pair of Nefes that I own, and both pairs are gorgeous and get a lot of attention. However, the sneaker, is not one I can wear without socks. Something about the toe box and the stitching in the toe box tears up my second toe, especially on the left foot. The shoes feel great until i need to walk with them, then it is pain, UNLESS i wear socks which protects my toes from the stitch. Not a deal breaker but definitely not the lockless summer shoe I was hoping for. The loafers will retain that job and I will wear these with socks, ugh.
